1. CENTRAL MARKET (PASAR PAYANG)

2. CRYSTAL MOSQUE
Officially opened on 8 February 2008, this is the only mosque that beautifully crafted using frosted class window and steel in order to create a crystal-like image. It features 55 domes with a capacity for approximately 700 worshipers within 950 square feet area.
3. ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION PARK (TAMAN TAMADUN ISLAM)
This 250 million theme park featuring several replicas of famous mosques with the best architecture. Expect to see the The Taj Mahal in India, Dome of Rock in Jurusalem and Suleyman Mosque in Turki near the riverbank of Kuala Terengganu !
4. TERENGGANU STATE MUSEUM
Known as the largest indoor and outdoor museum in Malaysia and South East Asia, Terengganu State Museum is built on 16 stilts in accordance with the traditional architecture of Terengganu. It showcases textiles, crafts, historical, Islamic and contemporary arts.
5. NOOR ARFA BATIK COMPLEX
The Noor Arfa Batik Complex is the first, biggest, largest handicraft batik in Malaysia. It is a great place to shop or learn batik painting which requires delicate art and skill. You may also find songket, a piece of dyed silk material weaved with gold and silver threads , usually worn during special occasion like Malay wedding. Not to mention, don't forget to see the live demonstration on how to colour the hand drawn or block print batik.
